Personal Profile

My strengths are versatility; with a notable experience in technical training, customer services, technical writing. I have great passion and interest for direct implementation of training and documentation with complex software and hardware solutions including field installations.

Due to a 12 year career in the Training/Education industry my knowledge of professional training and documentation applications are vast. I am inclined to travel and I am very comfortable with people and situations that are unfamiliar. Moreover, I am perfectly bilingual (French and English).
